Welcome to the City of Hughes Springs, Texas.  Our community is filled with a wealth of history, culture, and natural beauty.  Hughes Springs is located in Cass County in the piney woods of Northeast Texas.  We have many local attractions including the Spring House, and the Veterans Memorial Wall, both located in the Spring Park.  Our community offers schools recognized by the State of Texas for Academic Excellence.  The organized activities that we offer include movies in the park, horseshoe tournaments, trail rides, bar-b-que cookoffs, volleyball tournaments, and various organized activities.  Hughes Springs is well known for the quality of the festivals that are scheduled throughout the year.
